DJ Khaled is prepping the release of his upcoming
album Grateful which is shaping to be another one with
big A-list features, including Drake.
Back in February, Khaled teased a collaboration with
Justin Bieber, Migos, Lil Wayne and Chance The Rapper
by posting some photos from sets of the video shoot.
None of the artists revealed the title of the song or
confirmed a collaboration explicitly but it was pretty
clear what to expect.
Today morning (April 24), Khaled, who will be performing
at Power 106 L.A.’s upcoming Powerhouse concert,
stopped by the show to make a couple of
announcements. He first shared the news that his song
‘Shining‘ is now number 1 on the charts (referring to
Urban radio. He’s #3 on Rhythmic radio), and then
announced the title of his upcoming single ‘ I’m The
One ‘. It will feature all the artists previously teased
except that only Quavo out of the trio of Migos is
featured on it. As announced earlier, Eif Rivera is
directing the visual.
DJ Khaled also mentioned that he’s trying his best to
get vocals from Rihanna and Nas on the album but it
hasn’t happened yet.
